Description of Issue TraQ

QueTel’s Issue TraQ quartermaster software uses barcodes to automate all supply functions of a uniformed agency into one umbrella system. It begins by keeping track of inventory levels in each agency unit that is responsible for supplying equipment, uniforms, and/or supplies, including helping to prevent stock outages and tracking usage levels.

Easy to implement and user friendly once installed

I like how easy it was set up with our current database setup at work! The customer service has been great as well since we have had questions along way through implementing this product; they were always quick enought anwser my question or call when needed!! If you are looking just need some basic functionality then go ahead but if your doing more complicated needs there will be other products better suited towards those types things so don't get discouraged from trying something new. Great platform for Supply Chain - even for non Supply Chain professionals

Easy to use with no learning curve at all! I can train anyone in our department within minutes. The reports are awesome - very detailed but easy enough for junior staff members to view as well. There was nothing really bad about it, other than having to pay $40 per user (as opposed to free) which seems like an unnecessary expense. Issue TraQ - Needs Some Improvements

I love that I can see all of my equipment and uniforms in one place. I can see when equipment and uniforms are coming in and going out. I can see what is in stock and what needs to be ordered. It is a little difficult to use. I have to get used to it and get used to how it works. I would like to see some improvements. I would like to see some more features. I would like to see how I can use this to keep track of my equipment and uniforms. I would like to have it at the department level as well.
