Review on Issue TraQ by Scoony Taker

Easy to use with no learning curve at all! I can train anyone in our department within minutes. The reports are awesome - very detailed but easy enough for junior staff members to view as well. There was nothing really bad about it, other than having to pay $40 per user (as opposed to free) which seems like an unnecessary expense. This product has drastically improved how we run our Supply Chain. We used to have multiple spreadsheets which had different information stored separately throughout our office. Now everything is centralized under one platform so we know exactly what's going where when.
