A terrible product, not worth your money absolutely!

I contacted support, they gave me the supplier's number, wrote to him and there was silence in response . What should I do, I would buy a new cover, but I can't find it, the diameter is small 40 mm.

Some pros: Comfortable to wear. Easy to pour from a spout. Has some cons: Both covers are leaking. You can only move while standing.
