Review on UTT ER4240G Business Gigabit Router with 4 WAN Ports, 4 LAN Ports, Load Balancing/Failover, NAT, IPSec/PPTP VPN, Firewall by David Merculief

I bought this router to use two WAN connections at the same time. However, every 3+ hours the WAN connections drop and there is no internet for several minutes until the connection is restored. One of the WANs is business class Ethernet and the other is DSL. Both WANs appear to be connected to their respective gateways when this UTT router shows no internet connection. Also, there is very minimal documentation for each configuration. I can't get DDNS to work. Every time I try to connect to the VPN, the router reboots. Before purchasing this router I was using a Zyxel USG20VPN which worked great but didn't have dual WAN load balancing. Since I use this router for business, the number of disconnects per day is not worth it. We return to Zyxel.
