Review on SmartCV by Marcus Rash

I like how easy it is for applicants (and employers) to use this tool! It's so much easier than other applications out there - you can create your own questions or have them answer pre-set ones from their profile page which makes everything very streamlined as well!! The software isn't perfect though; sometimes when someone answers one question they'll get confused with another because we've set up two different options within our system but not all are connected yet. This has been helpful especially during times where people aren’t available at work due to sickness/vacation etc., We're able to easily track resumes through these interviews even if candidates cannot attend meetings themselves via webcam since most companies don't allow remote employees access anyways :) Great way to find potential staff members who fit into what we need while also providing some formality throughout hiring process by having face.
