There are disadvantages, but the product is usable.

The flavor is pleasant, even when mixed with water. The digestive system is in good shape. At this point, I am unable to remark on the effectiveness.
Some cons:
I was given a jar that did not have a lid or a film to cover it. As a result, going to skupvey is not something I would recommend doing. Ru.
