Well, all the lapel straps and the little plastic packaging look very nice. I put it in the car and encountered the first problem. The straps connecting it to the headrests in the back are about 2 inches too small, I had to get an extender to fix this. The installation went well, the next problem only arose when I removed my dog from the car. The lower portion was crumpled on the driver's side and pulled back over the seat. Not too bad, just had to fix it every time my dog got in and out. We rode for 3 days before I noticed the back seam had come undone. The seams are very long and not reinforced, so it seems that any prolonged movement can just tear this seam. Not sure if they are all like this but I returned mine for a refund as that was the last straw.
