I work 3 jobs to survive so my time in the kitchen is minimal. My daughter told me how helpful it is with two young children so I spent a lot of money. I did my research and it had the best reviews. I always read negative reviews and most of them complain about packaging, shipping or shipping issues. What I've learned: 1) cooks well, but basmati needs a little more water 2) doesn't cook brown rice well 3) must be turned off immediately or rice will burn 4) doesn't cook oatmeal 5) sushi rice comes for trial and error as it it's special rice6) forbidden rice came out sticky I'm still practicing since I use over 50 different types of rice 🌾
