Good Product: Bike Rack & Bags

I don't use this on my handlebars. In fact, I don't have a steering wheel on the recumbent. It goes behind my seat. This makes the attachment a bit different and the velcro straps aren't really suitable for what I do. But I got it working and it's safe.
