The best thing about this software is that it can be used by any business. It has many features and functions which are useful for businesses of all sizes. I like how easy it is to use the system and how it helps me manage my leads. I dislike how sometimes when I try to send an email using the program, it takes forever to load and sometimes just doesn't load at all. Sometimes it's hard to get information from the software. This software does help keep track of your leads and helps you generate more sales.
