I like how easy it is to use; once installed there isn't much more that needs be done from an administration standpoint - everything just works flawlessly! The only downside we have encountered has been with our website provider but they were able provide us support so all was well in time for opening day!! We've used this system at multiple locations now across two states within one year which makes life easier when working remotely (we're still required by law/regulations).
I like that it's easy to use and navigate through all features with ease without having to be technical! There could always be better documentation for some functions such as registering new accounts and adding services/amenities etc - but otherwise this is really good! We have made huge improvements in efficiency since we installed Navigate at our office! It significantly reduced overall time spent processing paperwork which allowed us more hours working towards revenue targets!!
