Not suitable for Pilot 2012! However, I made a few cuts and perforations here and there and it worked. I used the cut off portion of the original broken lid to fill in the gap under the plastic lid and only used half of the new one. I now have a wide-open cup holder for coffee mugs or large cups and one with a stopper for small cups. If it ever breaks, I can use the other half.
