Super sharp. not the ones i received. This cleaner belongs straight in the trash can. I first tried a cucumber and had trouble getting the skin off. I tried it with a harder veg - carrots - and the same result. I didn't even eat a carrot or cucumber before throwing them aside. My old knife (early 90's) works better than this new one.
