Review on 🦈 Shark 13986: 7-inch Stringer 0.020 Gauge - Ultimate Fishing Companion! by Carl Morgan

Revainrating 1 out of 5

ORIGINAL: Off Center REPLACEMENT: Loose

Failed to load media. UPDATE: 1 Star March 5, 2019 Photos and video added to show what I'm talking about in the review here. Footage is taken straight up, giving a more accurate tape measure than videos shot at an angle. Note: In the video I state that the replacement was 1/4" smaller and I meant 1/8". Not a problem that would take away a star rating, just got that observation wrong. The original, if properly tailored, would have been a perfect 5 STAR ITEM. The replacement had a completely different fault and not from the same brand/manufacturer. . I deducted a star because the replacement had defects and the product sold was not what it was supposed to be, so the reviewers can rest assured that we are all receiving and reviewing the same product. The replacement that was sent is loose in the crimp, presumably because it was missing a few twists of wire to fill the void. The replacement has Harbor Freight quality, while the first is wound much tighter, contains more coils of wire, and has a better bend. Any spoked wheels I've ever used that were this loose fell apart more than twice as fast as tightly crimped and wound spoked wheels. Loose-spoked wheels just aren't durable. ORIGINAL: 2 stars April 30, 2019 I received it today and sent it back today for a replacement. The next one should arrive on Thursday and then I will update this review. The one I am returning has failed and is causing a lot of excessive vibration in my grinder. When the wheel slows to a complete stop, you can clearly see that the hub is off-center, so although the wheel looks round, it doesn't spin properly. If you focus on a specific point, you can see the wires move very close to the fence and then recede as they rotate. Otherwise it seems to be exactly what I need. Hope the next backs come true!
