ml 320.cdi 2007 on Car & Vehicle Electronics

My car model is ml320 cdi, Diecel, 2007. There are three light connectors on the back of the radio. I don't know where it is and the port should be connected. The square main port can also be plugged in directly, but apparently there are a few pins in there. A correspondence, I do not know what to do with it. Thanks for the help and it would be better if there were installation instructions. If you can call me that's great.
