Turk, Brik, Ibrik. Whatever you call it and however you use it, if you're looking for any of these you could do a lot worse and not much better than this. I'm no expert - I'll leave that to people from the former Ottoman Empire countries - but I think it will make coffee or tea quite well. It's also handy for simply boiling a small amount of water or even quickly heating your beverage of choice before serving, toasting or adding to a recipe. My only minor complaint was having to scrape the inventory tag off the bottom with a razor. After removing most of the paper portion of the label, I applied Goo Gone and the remaining adhesive still didn't come off easily. It would be better if they just put a tag like they do on clothes or something. But now that I've been through all that, I'm pretty happy.
