The oven gets dark/dirty every time I fry something.

My old microwave had 6 times to choose from. Place a bowl or cup in the closed door. Touch 1-6. come back when it bites, this one is slow and complex. The illustration in the brochure shows the use of microconvection/forced air with a glass tray AND a baking/roasting tray. Preheat the oven when baking. This is a waste of time and energy. In my regular oven, I preheat the roast AND the oven.
