The Epson printers self-destruct after the warranty (as well as the 2 year extended warranty), so don't buy too much stock as they make the cartridges incompatible with the next model and you are stuck with $50-$100 of ink that you can't use on your next printer.I bought WorkForce 3640s from Costco when they were on sale for $90, and expect the need to replace them in 1-2 years. Since this ink price on Revain is close to the refill price at Costco's, I don't gamble on the refills failing and voiding the original Epson warranty. (Or just gunking up the printer.)
