Good product, more pros than cons.
As I understand it, this is just an addition to a regular tray, because if you pour filler directly into this house, then you will have to wash it all, and this is terribly inconvenient given its size. I think to put a regular tray with a grid there and I think there will be no problems. The fact that the filler will not fly all over the room when the cat visits the toilet is already a huge plus of this house,
