I am a professional artist and ten years ago I completed a bookbinding course while still studying. As long as the Bone Folders are plastic I don't mind because 1) I already have an actual "bone" Bone Folder and 2) the price for this large set is too cheap to complain. The awl is sharp, the plastic folders and creasers work quite well, the waxed canvas threads are strong, and the color palette is amazing! The needles are varied enough to make different injections and bandages, and the glass vial where the needles are kept - very nice touch!
