Do not worry.
I was pissed at first - Batting usually when I buy it from local craft stores comes in thick, thick packaging. (like a cloud) My package came from Revane folded into a tiny square in the shape of a paper towel. ? What the hell? I think when they suck the air out it really gets compressed. Don't worry, it will eventually swim and take shape. I take it off once a week and spray it with a tall hose and it's still as strong as ever. Good product!
