I was so excited to receive this product. But at first I was disappointed. When screwing on the dispenser cap, the thread does not hold tight. The threads are either too few or too small. Therefore, when you squeeze the contents, either the cap falls off or the contents begin to flow out of the squeeze cap. I can return this item. I'll give it a few more tries. The exchangeable nozzle does not close manually. Its mouth opens and closes when you squeeze it. I didn't realize until today that this product has interchangeable nozzles and colors in different sizes for liquids of different densities. After squeezing out a thick product, you may need to loosen the top cap to allow air to enter the canister so the contents can be squeezed out again. Updated April 2021 I bought the little green pinch nozzles. This solved most of the leakage problems. This product is dishwasher safe on the top rack only. And I disassemble the rubber squeeze nozzle and wash it by hand. I've also had issues with leaking mid-compression injectors. Therefore, I had to buy small nozzles for some products. My son has a 3D printer that he used to make caps for my pinch nozzles. They fit perfectly. However, the manufacturer had to provide plugs for nozzles. Because they leak easily. I no longer have to worry about the hats my son made making a holey mess in my fridge.
