Before I even got to the bag, the wrapping of it was really impressive, much care was given in protecting the bag handles. The entire bag was wrapped in tissue with loving care. When I finally got inside it to see the bag it did not disappoint. Love the organized zippered pockets. It holds everything I need just where I need it. It's beautiful and screams QUALITY. I wasn't expecting to be so delighted with my purchase, and what's more, I'm proud to wear it when I'm out and about.
