Rhis is one of the products with the best value for money for me. It's more expensive than other brands, but for that extra cost, I think you get a higher quality product that's more than worth it. I wanted to find the highest quality electrolyte powder with no calories and no unnecessary ingredients like food. colors or artificial sweeteners. It was the only one I could find at the time that had all the ingredients I wanted and no more. I like to keep my electrolytes and calories or fuel separate so I have complete control over how I use, what and when I take them. Bags are great for long runs, 1 to 2 hours for me. I just open the pouch and pour it into my mouth and then drink the water. The taste is a bit stronger, but still very good in my opinion. Just be careful not to breathe while doing this as the powder is very fine and easy to inhale. I haven't had any shipping issues or missing packages for some of the products I've purchased. But I think if I do it will be worth the time it takes or the extra, let's face it, extremely minimal effort to fix the problem.
