This is a reliable product that is a must for any Audi without built-in Bluetooth. I haven't had any problems with it after a week of use. This means I can continue to use the Bluetooth car phone and easily switch back to music. Starts immediately after starting the car which is a big plus. The sound quality is pretty clear. Some downsides are that the interface is buggy with all apps except Apple Music, which suits me as that's all I use anyway. It also doesn't turn off when the car is off. But all you have to do to get around this is turn off Bluetooth on your phone as soon as you leave home. The last is the price. It's way overpriced but honestly what else are we going to do but get this to play sound in our car through our phones. In addition, it is a reliable product. EDIT: After a few months of use this product has basically become unusable. me now Whenever I get in the car it doesn't connect. In most cases I have to disable Bluetooth and try again. If that doesn't help, I take the device out and put it back in. If that doesn't work, I restart the phone. But often it doesn't even connect after that. And if you do, it's only ok for that one drive, but once you get back behind the wheel you'll have to repeat the whole process again. But it's actually pretty ridiculous play audio from my phone for a $70 product. My advice: buy a Bluetooth radio.
