Will never buy again. BAD customer service. My new Mercedes SUV's DVR cigarette lighter/engine fuse has blown. I had to take the car to the dealer as I didn't know what was causing the problem. A DVR was installed 2 weeks later. Image quality is so-so and it doesn't stay on, you just have to trust it to work. After speaking to the customer service department I'm not sure if the product is reliable. They promise a micro usb card which they will never send you but only run after a positive review. I have contacted the support team several times and all they do is ask for your personal information. They have an order number and information to send a micro usb card but they won't. This is just a scam to get positive feedback and another sale. I will stick with the Magellan DVR, they are the BEST.
