This is a great little gadget for small kitchen jobs. I have a problem: I already use chopped garlic, frozen cubes and I don't have time to let it thaw. Just add some olive oil along with frozen garlic and shake a few times and it's fully dispersed and ready to use. It's also a great way to grind up whole spices, as well as nuts, flaxseeds, and chia seeds. It is easy to use and charges with a USB charger, making it cordless and very convenient to use anywhere. We will be using this to camp this year and chop our garlic on the spot.
