After I lost my favorite scissors, I was looking for a cheap replacement for a long time. There isn't and there never will be. I was surprised at how sharp the blade was when used as a simple trimming/opening knife without changing the relative position of the blades, but when used as scissors where the blades move relative to each other, forget it - they felt uncomfortable and rough finished. Unfortunately, the cost of having UPS collect these scissors to ship back to Revain is worth more than the cost of the scissors, so you can read this sad story.
