Review on ๐Ÿ“ป Sony ICF-F10: Portable AM/FM Two-Band Battery Transistor Radio by Tarrance Man

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Great radio for the price!

Love the simplicity of this cheap radio, no frills, no digital displays to degrade over time, no buttons to one day bind or stick, this is a very practical radio for its purpose. yes it has a very good signal level, it pulls stations very well. Good separation between stations, the handles are a bit sloppy, they wobble a bit, I really don't expect them to break unless you force them, hit them or drop them on the handles. It comes with a carrying strap and a headphone jack in the radio. The speaker does a good job considering it is a mono radio and the speaker goes very well with the radio from an aesthetic point of view, the tuning is close to the actual station numbers but they are slightly different e.g. B. 95.5 can be found closer to just over 100. Not much for the price of the device and the station is easy to find, so I'm not deducting a star. The only downside to this device and the reason I removed the asterisk is the inability to plug it in. It only runs on D batteries, which are said to last around 200 hours, which is a significant amount of time in an emergency when you have everything you need A quick update here and there throughout the day, every minute, the batteries last months or even years. and having a few spares on hand in an emergency really does extend radio listening for many longer periods of time, think years here. But I'd still like to be able to plug it in to save batteries while listening. The radio itself is well made and should last a long time, it also has a decent antenna. It's made by Sony at a great price, need I say more? Pull the trigger and buy it, if you decide you don't like it I have permission to mail it to me.
