support is terrible

Worked for a while, and then suddenly the screen went half black. The support offered a solution that turned out to be only a temporary solution. Then, after I tried to get them to send me a new one (because it was covered under warranty), the support team was incredibly unhelpful. I try to avoid Samsung hardware as much as possible.
