Hexdeer headphones not received, received a fake, TW08. I decided that I would leave her. I connected them to my phone, only the right side worked. Connected to my husband's phone, same thing. After calling support I spent over 45 minutes on the phone for a rep to pair and unpair me multiple times only for the right side to stop working and the left side to start working. I told the representative I'm sending them back. 1 star for not receiving the item I paid for and wasting time trying to make it work. There are other reviews that said they also get fakes, I didn't see them until I bought them.
