Two wire option is misleading
I bought this fan because it said it supports two power wires - one for the fan and one for the lights. It is not true. When connected to both hot wires, the wire I thought would control the light actually acts as a switch for the entire device. The switch connected to the fan turns on the light and the fan. Then you need to use the remote control to control the fan and light separately. I hate fan control. I missed the Revain return window so I'm going to take it to Habitat Restore now and accept the loss. π
