I purchased this chair in "used-good condition." The description said there might be scratches or wear marks on it. There wasn't a scratch on it, it came in a box with no other packaging. The back can be positioned 5 ways. The pillow isn't soft but not bad. On the back is a towel bar and insulated bag and a storage bag. On the side is a cup and a separate cell phone holder. There are straps on the back to carry it similar to a backpack. At 66 yrs. old. I can handle the weight of the chair but it's the height I needed. It's not quite as high as a regular lawn chair but at 17" it will be easy for me to get up off of it. Quick shipping, I'm pleased with it.
