Our first nappy genie broke after a pouch change (it didn't close at all) so we got a replacement free of charge. The new one works fine but doesn't have as many diapers as I expected. I have a 5 week old baby and we change his diaper about 12-15 times a day and I literally change the bag every day. If I had known it would fill up so quickly I wouldn't have spent money on it. They are also annoyed to change bags as it's just a very long bag. So you need scissors and for tying the bottom when changing. Now it won't take long, but it took some time to get used to and it's tedious. I suggest a Munchkin bucket as we have one upstairs. There are many more diapers in their pockets. I change it every 3 days and it's holding up great. Filling the Munchkin bucket is also a lot easier as you just insert it and then just detach and close it when you're done. Don't cut, bind or struggle with this bucket. This bucket does the job, but personally I wouldn't recommend it or buy it again. Just not worth the money. As I said above, if you're spending money on a bucket, I recommend the Munchkin bucket.
