We have used this inverter twice before to charge our battery and also some mobile electronics when we are travelling. I used my CPAP which is my ResMed once and had no problem getting it to work overnight. The device is very heavy, but the heavy-duty wires that come with the kit were made of high quality. I come from an electronics background so I'm definitely picky when it comes to electronics in general. I basically disconnected the negative terminal, connected the positive cable from the inverter to the car battery first, and connected the ground last. Despite the size and weight it seems to work reliably and hasn't had any issues so far so we'll take it extra when we go camping next month! This is definitely a quality inverter worth investing in 😀
