I had lofty expectations for ROSMARUS as an online shopper, but regrettably, my experience fell short of them. Despite their website's claims of comfort and style, the products and general shopping experience are far from satisfactory. First of all, there isn't much variety in the goods, and there isn't enough information in the descriptions and pictures for customers to make wise choices. The sizing of their clothing was inconsistent and difficult to determine based on the pictures given, making this lack of information all the more frustrating. The checkout procedure was also laborious and needlessly complex. When I tried to place my order, I made a number of mistakes, and the customer support staff was unresponsive and unhelpful in resolving the problems. Last but not least, the quality of the actual goods was disappointing, with many of them feeling flimsy and lacking in sturdiness. Although they might be cozy, they aren't made to last, and the worth isn't there. In conclusion, I would advise anyone thinking about purchasing from ROSMARUS to carefully consider their options and take into account substitute companies with better product offerings and a more pleasant online shopping experience.
