Build quality is excellent. Charge your device upon initial delivery. The motion sensor will glow red until fully charged and then turn green. Has 3 settings On/Off/Motion. There is a physical switch in the settings, not a touch sensor. The flashlight runs on battery or AC power. The motion sensor works great and stays on and off after 20 seconds of no motion. The light is pure white daytime temperature. The diffuser does a great job of illuminating the area without showing any hot spots. The brightness level is ideal for "Goldilocks". Powerful magnets are embedded in the mount that stick directly to the metal, forming a strip of metal that can be attached anywhere with glue. The flashlight can be easily removed for charging or placed somewhere else. I ordered 2 of these and both work as described. Good product!
