I like that it is easy to use, you can see all your contacts at one place so easily. The interface could be improved by making more sections in each section or adding some sub-sections for better organization. It's great because we are able to keep track what leads were generated from our website visits as well which helps us identify if they need further follow up actions such as phone call etc., Also its very helpful when creating new list (i'm using this product mainly). We're solving lead generation issues since there was no way before where customers who visited my site but didn't have an email address would know about me/my business unless i called them myself. This has solved many problems! Before now people had their own ways doing research online but never actually found out anything useful. Now through Leadswave anyone interested knows how important marketing campaigns really work even without contacting someone directly themselves. And also saves time spent calling random numbers until somebody calls back. Thanks again le.
