I like that it is easy to use, you can see all your contacts at one place so easily. The interface could be improved by making more sections in each section or adding some sub-sections for better organization. It's great because we are able to keep track what leads were generated from our website visits as well which helps us identify if they need further follow up actions such as phone call etc., Also its very helpful when creating new list (i'm using this product mainly). LeadWave does most Everything right and with good ease

I like that we can quickly pull up our list, look for any changes or updates in email addresses to make sure they are still valid contacts within their respective industries/companies etc., as well as being able to add new ones easily! It's also nice because it is easy enough where you don't have too many steps involved when adding an address into your database if not already there (i think). Leadwave is a great marketing tool for automating email campaigns

I like that this is an automated way to get your leads into Salesforce, it doesn't take too much time at all as it's very easy to use. The only problem that i have noticed so far with Leadwave is that sometimes our data will not load correctly, which then causes us to lose those sales opportunities.   • Can integrate directly within SFDC without having any other 3rd party systems involved.
