The quality is not what I expected

Chair fasteners same brand as before. The previous tips were better. They were really black and lasted for years. I received the same nozzles and same size (16 nozzles for 4 chairs) and when they arrived they looked like they had been stored for a while. The black rubber on the outside had a whitish tint (like old rubber) and now one has already snapped. Very disappointed. This is only a month old.
