I like that it's easy for customers who are not tech savvy (like me) or don't have access to computers at home, etc., as well those in remote areas where internet can be unreliable/expensive! It also helps us keep track of our business goals by allowing quick updates from different members within their own departments which allows everyone involved with marketing / sales activities to see what they're working toward together each day - this makes collaboration more efficient than if we were all doing everything individually without knowing about others' progress towards reaching agreed upon objectives!!
