I did a lot of research before buying but I'm glad I made this purchase! In terms of size, I ordered a size larger (for my large bust size XL), but also because I wanted to wear thick clothes underneath. The jacket itself is a bit big but it fits me and the sleeves are quite long when moving which has always been an issue for me. This coat is WARM. The pockets are deep and very warm, even without gloves. I've found that if my wallet, keys, and phone fit in my pockets, I don't need a wallet. The length is great and there are zippers on the side if I need a little extra room. The only thing I have a little problem with is that the zipper often gets caught on the fabric. You don't have to worry because the zipper is strong and the fabric is not torn. you just have to be a little careful. The belt is not too strong but makes it a great fashion accessory; You have to be careful with him too. The fabric is a little noisy when moved, but that's a small price to pay for a warm, durable winter coat (I live in the unpredictable Midwest). The fur trim is also a little thin, but again that's not too much of a problem when the hood is low and warm. I haven't cleaned it yet, so I'll make a note of it in the future if it doesn't rinse well. Given the fabric I don't think this will be a problem. All in all it was a fantastic purchase and I highly recommend it!
