The user interface could use some work (esp in how it handles multiple users).
It's good to have our data centralized where we can quickly see what should be done or when something needs attention from IT support staff if they are unable help us out right away. I like that you don't need an account manager/admin just one person who knows everything about your software! We used this product so much at my previous job because everyone knew their way around them easily enough but not always easy learning curve once there were new features added by other companies without releasing another version first.
