I have used various silicone products to keep the rubber seals, seals etc in our convertible flexible and quiet. Most of the products I've used are a bit uncomfortable to apply, go everywhere and tend to leave a shiny, sticky residue. This Honda silicone grease is perfect (also for our GM and Toyota vehicles. ;) )! It's a little thinner than most, making it easy to apply. I use nitrile gloves, just put them on my index finger and rub them on the rubber parts. Applies smoothly and leaves no sticky residue. Wipes lightly painted surfaces. One application to all rubber parts of the top and mechanics eliminates all squeaks and squeaks for several months. It protects rubber parts and keeps them looking new. Highly recommended!
