Excellent tapered rubber seal. A must for every classic car lover.

I have a 1999 Mazda MX 5 Convertible. This material is unique. They massage the rubber seals of the doors, windows and roof a little and after 24 hours they expand and become soft and supple again, like new. They then isolate road and wind noise much better. One bath is enough for a whole car life. Saves a fortune over the cost of replacing the rubber seals themselves.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Good but not great

Works great - oils and liquids

Excellent material. I have a 2012 Honda Crosstour with 105,000 miles on it. I like it, but it creaked in places. He has a huge tailgate. The first thing I did was apply this grease to the seal around the tailgate. The scripts are gone! Quiet like a new car. I have since applied it to all door seals. It may be imagination but I think the wind noise is also less as if the gaskets seal better. A tube is a lifetime supply for home use.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other picks

i am a believer for oils and fluids

Apply a light coat of lube to my car door's rubber seal (which made an unacceptable noise when brand new and I don't think the dealer helped much) and it's gone ! Works wonders. I'm sure others have said this before, but: Clean the rubber seal first, then work gently around the rubber seal while wearing rubber/nitrile gloves. Wipe/spread excess lubricant from surface. Be careful not to get it on the paint. A little really goes a long way. Much luck!

Troubleshooting greases and lubes

Used this to fix some roof seals on my 2003 Honda S2003. I'm happy to report that the seals are communicating much better now. I have experienced very little water infiltration, this now appears to be resolved. Squeaking and rattling noises when driving with the top down are also slightly dampened. Very happy with my results. It is recommended to clean the rubber with alcohol or glass cleaner before use. A little goes a long way, use small amounts and apply more as needed. Wait 24-48 hours for…

Amazing lube! Best in oils and fluids

I used this lube on all the rubber seals on my 2012 Honda Fit. I recommend using disposable latex gloves. Apply this lubricant sparingly. This stuff goes a long, long way. Rub all doors, trunk, bonnet with grease. The seals look like new and should swell slightly overnight. You can actually tell it by the increased distance between the seal folds. Wind and road noise around the doors has been reduced and the doors close tightly like they were new. Incredible product and worth prolonging the…

Works great on my Miata window rails

I bought this to use on my Miata window rails. The windows went up and down very slowly. I knew the problem was most likely the old sticky grease in the window pan and it pained me to realize how much stress the window motor was under. So I got this stuff. I removed the door panel (very easily, by the way) and removed the rear channel where the roller is located, degreased with WD40 and a rag, filled with fresh grease, and now the glass rises three times faster and not struggling at all. I also

Perfect for convertibles

I have used various silicone products to keep the rubber seals, seals etc in our convertible flexible and quiet. Most of the products I've used are a bit uncomfortable to apply, go everywhere and tend to leave a shiny, sticky residue. This Honda silicone grease is perfect (also for our GM and Toyota vehicles. ;) )! It's a little thinner than most, making it easy to apply. I use nitrile gloves, just put them on my index finger and rub them on the rubber parts. Applies smoothly and leaves no…
