Review on NIKE Structure Binary Men's Athletic Running Shoes by Dustin Wheeler

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Lightweight universal

Seriously uncomfortable. I never buy Nike shoes and now I remember why the midsole in them is literally pressing on my feet. After walking 30 minutes the next day I feel like I am developing stress fractures and have been in pain for 3 days. I decided to invest in some quality insoles as I thought it would help, £40 and still no joy, I had to wear the original insole over my running shoes to lose that sense of nobility but I did feel like it comes back after just a few hours. It's not just the midsole, the balls of my left foot feel like I'm walking on uneven ground like there are rocks stuck in the sole or something. This led me to believe that these are not full shoes and could be cheaper as they have not been quality tested or anything like that by Nike. I wouldn't recommend them, they are uncomfortable and I'm afraid if I keep wearing them my feet will deform but they hold up given the price. I'll post again in a month or so after spending more time with them, they might just need some bedding but I don't trust the quality at all with the fun classy bits in my left leg. Update: I survived the fairground shoes while just riding about 100 miles through them. They've held up well and haven't caused any quality issues, although they're still weird at the front. After just 10 km, my legs have been hurting for days, and the noble parts of the front hurt a lot during the actual run. I'm looking for a new pair of shoes. These shoes just aren't for me, some may have the answer to classy little things. I mean there are air pockets that help spring forward, but I don't believe in that and find them incredibly uncomfortable.

Pros
  • Shoes are very comfortable. Appearance as expected. Little to complain about :)
Cons
  • The shoes may be too heavy for some runners.
