I used this hair to make a braid for my client. I bought 2 orders (12 packs) and spent 9.5 packs per style. The hair from the pack was soft and not knotted at all. I noticed that they were carefully packed. There were very few tangles when parting the hair. (No more splitting than normal hair for braiding) I lost zero hair splitting. My client had very thick 4c hair and this hair suited him well. ends up untangled due to the softness of the hair. I ended up having to braid my hair down. I attached a hair clip to the end of the braid just above the curls and dipped the middle of the hair like I would with regular braiding. No tangling, and I didn't dip the ends where the curls were. I cut off all the curls and used the mouse to put on the foam to finish the style and secure the ends. Overall 10/10 would definitely buy again. My client loved her hair!
