This worked very well, got all but one out. I used 5/16 and it twisted the end of the bobby pin and the end of the bobby pin broke off. When this happened, the mother was very difficult to remove. I had to use another long twelve point impact socket to unscrew the nut. With the pin bent at the end and the thread chewed up, the tool no longer worked. I had another short extractor attachment that I used to pull out the bobby pin. Upon inspection of the cup, the teeth in the cup are now damaged and warped. I doubt the nest is well twisted that way, hence the four stars. I have attempted to purchase a replacement socket but they are not currently available separately. The tool works very well as long as you have permission to go where you need to go. I don't think I abused the tool because it removed three more rivets. I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't just buy a socket to replace the damaged one to keep my set in order.
