Reliability, dependability for long-term food storage
I use these oxygen scavengers in my freeze drying program. I package shelf stable food using freeze drying and once placed in a mylar bag which is then heat sealed these scavengers remove oxygen to keep food fresh and have a shelf life of over 20 years. I didn't have a single failure until the bags failed. They are very reliable and reliability is important when preserving food.
