The product is not bad. There was no instructions, not that it's complicated. The reason I bought it was the fact that there was the cover for the screw. That's a nice touch. unfortunately impossible to install them. I tried the 4 of them, tried to squeeze the metal a little bit for the cap to fit and no luck. I tried a mallet and it made the anchors lose, so I had to replace them. basically after all my attempts failed, the detail that attracted me to the product ended up in the trash. So I have now a black coat rack with shiny silver screws showing.Really disappointed. I would not buy it again or try again to install the screw caps even if the manufacturer would decide to send replacement parts. total waste of time.If that detail doesn't bother you, go for it.
